Cornerstone Properties is a privately owned and managed small business that seeks to provide quality rental housing throughout middle Tennessee. We have been proudly serving the greater Nashville community for over two decades. Currently, we have over 85 properties with a capacity of 107 units. Most of our houses are located in East Nashville, but our assets stretch west to Hohenwald and east to Percy Priest Lake, north to Springfield and south to Columbia. We have multiple property options with different floor plans and sizes, and we always strive to provide the best, most reliable maintenance for your residence.

What We Do

Here at Cornerstone Properties we are dedicated to providing quality rental properties. In order to do this, we buy homes that need to be refurbished (Sell Your House), fix all of the structural and cosmetic problems, and make them into a place that we would like to call home. We take a lot of pride in our work and want to offer the best properties and opportunities to our customers.

If you are interested, the process looks a little bit like this:
Once we have made sure that all of the flaws in the house have been fixed, we rent out the property to a tenant. Whenever they move out, we come back and fix any damage done to the property and make it as good as new for the next tenant.
